SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We send you yoour tracking details as soon as your order is shipped to the email address that you used to check out.
In most cases, unfortunately not as we generally process your order the same working day. However if you contact us at hello@lovari.co.uk we will see if we can cancel your order if it has not been processed.
We use Royal Mail in the UK (unless they're striking and we'll use an alternative!). For international orders, we use DPD.
It happens! In most instances, we will have processed your order the same working day we received it. If this is the case, you will need to request an exchange when your order arrives. If we haven't processed your order, we may be able to update your order if we have stock of the size you want. Please email us ASAP so we can help at hello@lovari.co.uk.
Please track your order with the tracking number we email you upon shipment. In many cases, your order will be delayed due to your carrier being unable to deliver your parcel. When this happens, you will receive communications from them with next steps to retrieve your order. For international customers, the delay may be due to customs. If you need any help with your shipment status, please email us on hello@lovari.co.uk and we will try and resolve any issues as soon as possible.
